These Terms of Service govern your use of Poofight.com and the services provided by Poofight LLC. By using our website or scheduling services, you agree to these terms.

Services Provided

Poofight LLC provides dog waste removal and related services to residential and commercial properties. You agree to provide accurate service information, safe access, and ensure pets are secured during visits.

Customer Responsibilities

• Keep service areas clear and accessible
• Notify us of locked gates, gate codes, or animal behavior
• Provide accurate contact info and special instructions
• Secure aggressive pets or unsafe conditions in advance

Poofight LLC is not responsible for missed services due to blocked access, inaccurate instructions, or unrestrained animals.

Liability Waiver

By using our services, you release Poofight LLC and its personnel from liability related to:

• Escaped pets due to unsecured gates
• Property damage not caused by gross negligence
• Injuries resulting from normal service operations

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Visits must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments missed without notice may still be billed at the full service rate.

Employee Access to Information

Our employees and contractors may access the following only as needed to complete service:

• Customer names and contact info
• Service addresses and schedules
• Gate codes or access instructions

All staff are instructed in data privacy and confidentiality. Data is never shared outside of Poofight's operations.

Payments

We process payments securely using Stripe. By paying for services, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. Missed or late payments may result in service interruptions.

Communication Consent

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Poofight LLC regarding your service (e.g., quotes, appointment reminders, service confirmations). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for support. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data & Privacy

Your use of Poofight.com is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data and only share it with necessary third parties to fulfill service obligations.

Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable laws and take immediate steps to secure customer information.
